Scarf for Tine


I made this scarf in December, 2007 before my friend Tine came to Stockholm and visited us. I wanted to make something special for her. I used yarn GB Wolle Gloria, color 04 (bought at Syfestivalen, Stockholm) and knitted with 15 mm needles. From the beginning I wasn’t so sure about colours, but then when Tine came in to our apartment, she wore the sweater in the same palette and I was delighted.

Nu man beidzot ir skaidrs, kā ada to kruzuļaino šalli! Pirmo reizi redzu tuvumā to dziju, tiešām izskatās vienkārši (tikai dzija noteikti ir ļoti dārga, ņemot vērā, cik sarežģītas tās lentītes).
